Austek Communications Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company located in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. Established in 1988 - we supply, repair and install communications equipment. We also design & implement communications systems for all industries.

Our capabilities extend from small projects through to full Project Management, Development, Servicing and Installation. We have over 13 years experience in designing & installing radio repeater systems including design and erection of fully engineered mountain-top towers down to roof mounted mast setups and installations of mobile radios into any type of vehicle. We have riggers and doggers and our own helicopter - so remote, isolated and hard to access locations are no problem for us.

We are authorised dealers and repairers of most brands of satellite phones and other satellite equipment / data / business grade satellite internet, 2-WAY radios (UHF CB, UHF Commercial, VHF Commercial, VHF Marine, HF - RFDS), Microwave data links, Marine Communications & electronics. We also hire Satellite Phones (sat phones) and UHF CB handheld radios.

Our workshop is fully equipped for component level communications and electronics repairs and we have highly trained qualified technicians in house.  You can be assured that we will do our best to exceed your expectations of workmanship and service.
